CASE DESCRIPTION
In this case, a zirconia veneer was fabricated for tooth #21, while a screw-retained zirconia crown was placed on implant site #11.
A custom dynamic abutment was designed to support the crown, allowing us to shape an individualized emergence profile that ensured natural soft tissue support without distortion. At the same time, the implant channel was angulated to enable screw access from the palatal side, preserving the esthetics of the restoration and facilitating accessibility for the clinician.
