CASE DESCRIPTION
To enhance the strength and stability of the restoration, a titanium bar was placed over implants — one of the most reliable solutions for restoring large edentulous spans. This approach offers excellent structural support while distributing occlusal forces in a way that minimizes stress on surrounding tissues.
The temporary teeth were 3D printed and refined with light-cured composite resins, providing highly accurate reproduction of natural tooth and gingival shades.
The trial fitting of both the bar and provisional restoration ensured optimal adaptation and esthetics, delivering a final result that combines exceptional strength with a natural appearance.
